Ebb & Coil with Taschen!

Service Description

Ebb and Coil: Like the ebb of a tide, movement can flow outwards, extending the energy of the dance into the very tips of our fingers and toes before returning to coil within. In this workshop we will be playing with smooth, flowing movements centered along our upper backs and shoulders, along with how to send them waving through the space we move in before returning to our cores. An exploration of the slinky side of Fusion bellydance, this workshop is open to all levels. Please bring a water bottle and prepare to flow, coil, and wave through the afternoon! About Taschen: Based in Central Pennsylvania, Taschen is primarily a fusion dancer who enjoys exploring a variety of styles. Utilizing technique from multiple sources, her focus is to honor root teachings while exploring their potential to cultivate a unique experience with movement. She has been dancing for thirteen years and performing in the local community since 2011.
