About the event
Jessica will turn basic belly dance techniques into intentional moving meditation to awaken and balance your energy.  Gifted facilitator Heidi Tacktill will lead us through a breathwork session and sound bath. If you’re ready to move and get present in your body, come join us!
Location: 16 E Patrick St in downtown Frederick, 2nd floor right above Jojos
Parking is free on the street on Sundays, there are also multiple parking garages near the venue as well.Â
